Germaine Guérin is proud to present its first short-film, Le Renouveau, which  celebrates the true ambassadors of Germaine Guérin: its creations.

They have stood the test of time, passed from hand to hand, witnessed shared moments and, at times, accompanied remarkable lives.

This film is an invitation to a journey through time, following the restoration of a handbag crafted in the 1960s, carefully preserved by its owner over the years.

Le Renouveau is a statement: one of a deep attachment to Paris, an unwaveringly timeless style and a profound respect for the craftsmanship of those who came before us. A love of the craft, a commitment to preserving French artisanal heritage and a belief that objects carry memory and emotion within them, as much today as ever.
