Worn, tested, and loved, your Germaine Guérin products can be sent back to the workshop at any time for a refresh. Our artisans will be happy to restore their shine while always respecting their story.
A few simple steps will help preserve the beauty of your Germaine Guérin products every day:
1. Avoid exposing them directly to light or heat sources.
2. Store them in their fabric dust bags and avoid overfilling to maintain their original shape.
3. Protect them from water, oils, perfumes, and cosmetics. In case of spills, gently blot with a clean cloth and let them air dry away from any artificial heat.
4. Extend the life of your item by allowing it to rest between uses.
Our full-grain leathers, whether smooth, grained, suede or exotic, may sometimes show slight irregularities. These are natural signs of authenticity, not defects. Their artisanal tanning can cause slight colour transfer. It is advisable to keep this in mind when wearing with light-coloured clothing, especially in humid environments.
A cleaning and restoration service is also available for bags and small leather goods.
