GERMAINE GUÉRIN places the utmost importance on the right to privacy and the protection of personal data of individuals who consult, browse, or, where applicable, place product orders on its website accessible at https://www.gguerin.com (hereinafter the "Site") (hereinafter the "User(s)").

This document is intended to inform Users of the conditions under which GERMAINE GUÉRIN collects, stores, uses, and processes personal data via its Site (hereinafter the "Privacy Policy").

Users may consult the Privacy Policy at any time via the footer of the Site. Any User who disagrees with this Policy is invited not to use the Site.

1.1 Data Controller

The processing of Personal Data is carried out by GERMAINE GUÉRIN, a simplified joint-stock company with capital of €10,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 939 981 445, with its registered office at 12, Square de Clignancourt, 75018 PARIS (hereinafter "GERMAINE GUÉRIN"), which operates the Site and acts as the Data Controller within the meaning of the Regulations.

1.2 Personal Data Collected

Personal Data refers to any information that directly or indirectly identifies a natural person, in particular by reference to an identifier or a name.

Personal Data is collected by GERMAINE GUÉRIN:

  • Directly, when voluntarily provided by Users through forms on the Site, such as when subscribing to the newsletter or placing a product order;

No sensitive personal data are collected (e.g., data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health data, or sexual orientation).

In certain cases, GERMAINE GUÉRIN may collect information that a User provides about third parties. Such data will be used solely for order fulfilment and will only be used for marketing communications if those third parties have opted to receive them.

1.3 Purpose of Collection

The Personal Data of Users is collected and processed by GERMAINE GUÉRIN in order to:

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
  • Right to define directives concerning the storage, erasure, and communication of Personal Data after death.
