Each year, Breast Cancer Awareness Month is a time to support research, stand by patients and raise awareness about early detection. In resonance with this universal cause, 20% of the proceeds from the sale of this special edition will be donated to French associations committed to the fight against breast cancer.
This initiative is rooted in the legacy of Germaine Guérin, who founded her leather goods house on Rue Saint-Honoré in Paris in 1921 to claim her independence. She passed away prematurely, taken by tuberculosis, a reminder of how illness has shaped and continues to shape the lives of many women, sometimes at a very young age.
